Repeat D2 customers Please click the "I ACCEPT D2Shoe's Policies and Procedures" link below to initiate your order. You will not need to redo your Fit Kit, if purchased after 2007. But you will need to make a PayPal deposit of $300 to insure your place in the queue. New D2 customers Please review "The D2 Process" and "Our Policies" sections carefully; then click the "I ACCEPT" link, below. You'll be directed to our PayPal page, to place a credit card or PayPal deposit of $300. This will cover the fit kit process and reserve your place in the production queue. Orthotics only The D2SHOE Process Before sending the Kit back, please take a photo (camera phone ok) of both tracings and email them to don@D2SHOE.com. This helps us catch obvious mistakes prior to returning the kit. When we receive your kit we will take measurements from the tracing and digitally scan your foot impressions. We will consider the type of riding you do, and how you would like the shoes to fit. We will need to know what shoes you are currently wearing and how they fit. We then will determine which lasts to use for your shoes. We have 41 sizes and 9 widths in 2 different last styles. In the unlikely event that none of these 738 lasts match your foot measurements; we can make you a custom last exactly to your foot measurements with our computer controlled last lathe. Minor modifications are made at no extra charge. We will always call you to review your order prior to making your shoes. We will email you a PayPal invoice when I start work on your shoes. Please check with us before ordering, on the new order delivery turnaround times. On occasion, first-time customers need follow-up adjustments made to the shoes or orthotics. Not to worry; you’re covered. We guarantee the fit, quality, and performance. All follow-up work is included in your purchase price for a full year. You only pay for shipping your shoes for adjustments to D2; we pay shipping back to you. Customers outside of the USA are responsible for all international shipping costs. When you're 100% on getting a pair of D2s, order a fit kit! Refunds are not offered; however, we will work with you until you are satisfied. You want a pair of great shoes; we want a happy customer! If your shoes don't fit properly due to incorrect fit kit procedure or incorrect information; you are responsible for all fees associated with making adjustments or remaking the shoes. International customers are responsible for all shipping costs. This includes shipping costs if the shoes need to be adjusted. Your shoes are guaranteed for fit, quality, and performance. We do not offer refunds - We will work with you until you are satisfied. In the event that your shoes need adjustments; you are responsible for shipping charges back to Eagle, CO. We will cover the shipping back to you. No returns without prior authorization. This is so we can get the information needed to take care of the adjustment while you still have the shoes. If you have difficulties with your shoes, we will need very specific information as to the problems you are experiencing. This information can only be obtained by asking specific questions while you are wearing the shoes. Any shoes returned without proper Return Authorization will be refused.
