Our Policies:

We will always call before starting work on your shoes. This insures that you get what you want. We will you ask questions about:

  • your riding style

  • how your current shoes fit

  • what pedal system you use

  • knee alignment issues

  • any special needs you may have

 


Make sure to call if you have any questions about doing the Fit Kit.t is critical the Fit Kit Process be completed correctly. If it is not done properly we will ask you do repeat the process and pay the additional shipping.

If your shoes don't fit properly due to incorrect fit kit procedure or incorrect information; you are responsible for all fees associated with making adjustments or remaking the shoes.

International customers are responsible for all shipping costs. This includes shipping costs if the shoes need to be adjusted.

Your shoes are guaranteed for fit, quality, and performance.

We do not offer refunds - We will work with you until you are satisfied.

In the event that your shoes need adjustments; you are responsible for shipping charges back to Santa Paula, CA. We will cover the shipping back to you.

No returns without prior authorization. This is so we can get the information needed to take care of the adjustment while you still have the shoes.

If you have difficulties with your shoes, we will need very specific information as to the problems you are experiencing. This information can only be obtained by asking specific questions while you are wearing the shoes.

Any shoes returned without proper Return Authorization will be refused.
